Social and economic inequality are interlinked, Social inequality is depending on religion, kinship, prestige, race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, and class. It is found almost in all the society the definition may differ from society to society but the reason for socio and economic inequality is almost the same everywhere in the world whether it is the developed country underdeveloped country or other countries the economic inequality is seen depending upon the social status. The society that is ranked s upper class, middle class and lower class are actually divided in terms of economic unequal distribution of wealth and opportunity depending upon the class and caste. Social status is hereditable from generation.

No one wants to remain poor, uneducated, and deprived throughout their life, If social inequality exist than the lower and middle class are deprived of health care, education, gender inequality, wealth inequality, political and life inequality

Occupation is one of the factors that determine the class of a person in a society. Ethical discrimination and racial inequality is also a factor that creates economic inequality among people..

These inequalities bring in depression and they often turn towards drugs and suffer from mental disorders. This is a complex problem anybody can develop this tendency depending upon his social and economic inequality. The research shows the other factors too, like the feeling of hopelessness, family history or mistreatment due to economic or social conditions increases the tendency of suicides more in men than women. 90 percent of the people who kill themselves are suffering from mental disorder or substance abuse or a combination of both.

To prevent suicide the government has taken many steps like equal education rights and occupation opportunity, but still, the socio-economic differences are present throughout the world.

The class in a society refers to income, race, education, and access to different resources. The race is the result of social processes we use it as a way to define people as inferior and superior often refers to physical differences, such as skin color.

Science has improved in all aspect in spite of this significant advancement in diagnosing disease it is often seen that the people for the ethnic group and economical less fortunate are not getting equal healthcare. Patients of minority groups and poor are having more mortality rate than the white. Various reports from health institution point towards disparity in healthcare due to race and economic conditions.

The three studies done by different researches and published in the journal mention the presence of inequality in healthcare services on race and class. The race is a biological factor and inherited genes that determine the health of a population, with the people of multiple racial categories it is difficult to classify them in one race, but on the individual's self-reported race determine. It is observed that disparity is noticed among people of higher race and lower race. The economic constrain is due to class, the people with wealth have an easy access to advance healthcare system compare to middle or lower class people.
