These things needed to be considered while providing health teaching to patient regarding diabetes .this will help to follow the advices and they can get good control over it.
Yes,there are Many community resources are available to help diabetes patient and family.
They can take help from community health workers to check their blood sugar level,weight etc at their home.other wises there are diabetic aware classes in through community centers .patient and family can participate in such programme to learn about glucose monitoring,diet plan,weight management, and exercises.they get information regarding healthy living style and how to tackle diabetic assocoated disease like hypertension,stroke etc.
