Dear employees,

We all are part of this entire company and saty integrated like a family. I feel the need to Inform you about the big decision the company is going to implement for closing down two of the distribution centres.

Since few months, the firm is facing some issues with distribution systems, and handling financial concerns associated with it. Thus, it is required to make proper adjustments and right number of centres that can be well managed to improve the performance.

I hope all of you will understand the reasons for taking such a big decision and cooperate with the management.

It is not yet decided which two distribution centres will be closed down, but sooner you all will be informed with the same.

Your jobs are secured and no layoffs will be considered. But, rescheduling of activities, changes in the duties, work and work patterns can be made for improvements of the operations and supply chain.
