Introduction :- 'Exceptional' Term is used for those childern who are unusal, unique, outstanding and having different view to live life and be in society with different qualities and objective. They have exceptional learning style, exceptional talents and exceptional behaviour. Exceptional children are those who fall in out of range of normal of intellectual, adjustment and development .

Exceptional children can be above from range of normal devlopment they called 'Gifted" child and when they fall in below range then they called "special" child, they has both positive and negative consequences in term of their impact on the students and regular classroom teacher are as follow :-

  • Its, quiet difficult for teacher and student to cope up with normal developed children in same platform, as both want different type of attention and treatment.
  • They need different type of study materials then normal children. They may not able to understand they same syllabus.
  • Positive Consequense can be like they get oppourtunity to prove there talent and use there extra ordinary talent for there country.
