Discuss the difference between curricular aims, goals, and objectives. Do you need all three to have an effective curriculum? Explain.
Curriculum aims are basically educational aims. They basically ease the path of future. They act as supporting tool to get the thing of our desire. They provide us knowledge to understand and the power to decide. These are basically educational actions. In simple words, aims means a student or a person know what he/she need to achieve for getting succes in life.
Goals are more specific as compared to aims. They are basically known as "statement of educational intentions".
Objectives are more specic than goals. They provide the information about specific outcomes of educational intentions. Here creative and flexible approaches are adopted for learning and teaching both.
Yes, we need all three abovementioned qualities to have an effective curriculum. Incorporation of all three creates a sense of awareness and always inspires us to work for betterment. These qualities always force us to move on for achieving new targets in life which ultimetely leads to a strong curriculum.
