There are still customers out there who prefer to purchase from a retail store. It could be understood with the fact that Amazon is planning to open its own brick and mortar retail stores across the world. The process had already begun. It is not just Amazon, many other players such as Alibaba is also in the race. The reason is clear, a large amount of profit comes from brick and mortar retail stores only. Also, brick and mortar retail gives customers a personal experience, something they like and love.
