Foundation of employee motivation;
Inroduction;
Motivating employees starts with motivating yourself t's amazing how. if you hate your job, it seems like everyone else does, too. If you are very stressed out, it see ms like everyone else is, too. Enthusiasm is contagious. If you are enthusiastic about your job, it's much easier for others to be, too.and Also, if you're doing a good job of taking care of yourself and your own job you'll have much clearer perspective on how others are doing in theirs. A great place to start gaming about motivation is to start understanding your own motivation. The key to helping to motivate your employees is to understand what motivates them So what motivates you? Consider, for example, time with family, recognition a job well done, service, learning, etc. How your job is configured to support your own motivations? What can you do to better motivate yourself?
2. Always work to align goals of the organization with goals of employees .employees can be all fired up about their work and be working very hard. However, if the results of their work and he working very hard .however ,if the results of their work don't contribute to the goals of the organization.then the organization is not any better off than if the employees were sitting on their hands -- maybe worse off! Therefore, it's critical that managers and supervisors kow what they want from their employees. These preferences should be warded in terms of goals for the organization. Identifying the goals for the organization is usually done during strategic planning. Whatever steps you take to support the motivation of your employees (arious steps are suggested hebw), sure that employees have strong input to identifying their goals and that these goals are aligned with goals of the organization.

In a complex and dynamic environment, leader of the organization used to create the environment in which employee feel trusted and are empowered to take decisions in the organization which leads to enhance motivation level of employee and ultimately organizational performance are enhanced.so that they use literature in foundation of motivation
Research on motivation has attracted academic and corporate entities over the last two decades. In the present study, authors have reviewed the intense literature to extract all possible dimensions of motivation, having direct and indirect impact on motivation techniques. basically in literature we see many philosophy on foundation of motivation who give a basic structure for how to motivate emloyees This has examined the multidimensionality of motivation from the existing literature and present a conceptual framework based on it, and it is experienced that various motivation techniques (discussed in this study) are having a positive impact on both employee satisfaction and the quality of performance in the organization;
Main anaysis
Basically motivation foundation will drive a person’s behavior in such a particular way that will achieve organizational goals as well as individual employee’s benefits. So going through the different era’s of motivational theories. Motivating employees is one of the important issues in every aspect of any organizational environment. The overall performance of an organization surely depends on the motivated workers of the company. That is why Human Resource Management is highly concentrating on this matter. In any case of the motivational theory some common ground or procedure should be followed that are we have to define or specify the performance or to what extent an employee should show his or her performance. The specific performance should be assessed through a mechanism and it should be defined earlier. After that there should be proper working environment within the organization and adequate resources should be provided to the employees to get the job done.

In the end we can say that motivation is the mechanism which ultimately influences people or employees to behave in certain ways abd his foundation are as well important . And in any kind of organization whether it is charitable or service oriented or manufacturing organization always management has to concern about motivational issue, along with environmental or ability factors, that determines the individual performance. And individual performance is very much connected with the productivity or output of the organization.
