This can help an organisation in getting quality work form their most valued Human Resources in less time. These rights include Good & safe working premises, good human infrastructure, on board safety equipments, periodical health check-up camps....etc
-External Impact(outside the organization) - Enterprises can affect the human rights of their customers,communities around their operations and end users of their products or services. These stakeholders have a large bearing on business of the organisation in terms of effecting the organisation sales at large. These include providing customers with convenient access to safe, affordable products and services, contribute to the community(less/no damage to environment), create career opportunities, and provide opportunities for suppliers to grow their businesses that, in turn, employ other.
