1) I will share my experience with Colgate Palmolive company. When I was being interviewed by the company, I asked many questions from the interviewer about the company’s culture, work policies, future prospects etc. It is a good fit as it helps to give insight about the organization and makes it easier to take decision whether to join the organization or not.

In terms of compensation, they have all aspects that will make the job worthwhile. There are benefits in regard to interest free loan for employees, financial support for higher education or certifications for skill enhancement, relocation benefits, settlement allowances, high bonus component linked to performance etc.

Yes, company offers work life balance as it has policies like work from home, flexible working hours and time off from work for 24 days in an year

The opportunity to get promoted are high as there are plenty of roles and positions in the company. They believe in moving people around after every 2-3 years for exposure and career enhancement

Yes, I can see myself leading and fitting into company’s culture as they are in line with my personal belief system of team work, care and respect for all, lead by example etc.
