An Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) is manly a program that is focused on the
certain work and it is participated by the different employees
voluntarily in order to obtain the free and secret evaluation of
their performance, facilitating short term counseling, referrals
and different types of other follow up activities so that the
employees can have better management of the work-related or
personal issues or problems.
