Green Chemistry is the utilization of a set of principles that reduces or eliminates the use or generation of hazardous substances in the design, manufacture and application of chemical products.

For performing the process, There is a need to provide a reasonable estimate for toxicity values for a wide range of toxicological endpoints used for management tools. It problem can be solved by using QSAR technique as given below;-

1. Toxicity can be estimated using Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship (QSAR) models
2. Developed a novel estimation technique based on hierarchical clustering methods
3. A user-friendly software tool was developed to allow users to easily estimate the toxicity using QSAR models
