Adidas corporation is organised by its shareholders to a large extent and the board of directors are making decisions which are decided by the voting of shareholders mostly and day to day decisions are also made by the management of the company.

it is an organised form of organisation because it is working as a multinational company and it has to be organised because it has various multiple branches and it will have to accommodate them all

it could be better organised by better diversification and better risk management strategies and better competitive strategy when it comes to pricing of the product.
