Solutions

Expert Solution

There are the following three gender differences between male and female leaders:

1. Female leaders are better than male leaders in transformational leadership. It is because of the team with a female leader is willing to put extra efforts.

2. Female leaders are better in decision making, work-life balance, and fulfilling social responsibilities.

3. Female leaders have higher productivity as compared to male leaders because of the supplementary efforts of the team.

There are the following ways we can deal with differences:

1. Since female leaders are better in transformation leadership, they should be assigned to handle leadership when the organization needs to undergo a transformation.

2. The male leaders should be provided with counseling and tips on how they can make better decisions and manage work-life, and get involved in social responsibilities.

3. Male leaders should handle their teams with more care and personal touch so that they put extra efforts to achieve the targets.
