By providing initial facilities, technologies and services, the Government can set up a clear entrepreneurial developments in the computer industry.Developments in computer industry can create a facilitative environment for establishing large scale enterprises in these areas. By supporting computer industry the government can ensure the following things in the country to be well proceded along with other industries.

Opening a new computer industry or to expand a present industry, getting a license from the government is one of the important matter. Licenses to expand production were supported and permitted  only if the government was convinced about the industry.
