Some of the apple practices in relation to its stakeholders:

1. Consumers:

As we all know Apple takes care of its consumers a lot. The company always try to know about the preferences and reviews of customers. It has a very effective feedback system and it always asks about the experience and reviews of the customers after the sale. The company also asks about the recommendations in order to improve the product and take that recommendation very seriously. For customers, the company always tries to provide unique and upgraded technology in order to make their experience with apple better.

According to me, it is ethical as the company is not doing anything wrong by taking care of its customers.

2. Employees:

The employees of Apple get a good amount of perquisites and additional benefits along with their high salary. Employees get a good amount of discount on the purchase of any gadget from the company. There is no fixed uniform for the employees, employees are allowed to wear anything in which they are comfortable. They also get discounts for their friends and families on their products. In some places, the company provides a discount on a gym membership for its employees. There also take care of paid leaves for their female pregnant employees before and after giving birth. According to me, practices by the company are in favor of employees and the company is trying to satisfy the employees and it is purely ethical in nature.
