There are numerous merits on unbiased multivultural observations, such as they provide more equitable health care for all , there is a huge improvement in patient and provider relationships, and there is a much better  understanding on t he role of culture in sickness, illness, cultural believes .Such initiatives include a sincere genuine cognizence of multicultural observation to facilitate a better acess to health sevices, and the reduction in health care disparities and which brings a better health care system,for an improved system there is less financial burden on the health care system,government, nations economy,this modified way of thinling of the importance of culture will bring a heltier society,and a more comparable healthcare expenditure than other industrialized nations.
