People and culture have looked at at least four forms of cultural values and beliefs that need to be addressed for creating a cultural leadership. Such four characteristics are:
1. Mores: Mores are generally known as the morality standards. For example, breaking such values by going to church without wearing anything would naturally annoy most people in the same society, because it's morally incorrect.
2. Taboos: While certain activities are known to be tabous, this is a totally unacceptable and immoral acr and a society absolutely forbids it. Incest in US culture for starters.
3. Laws: Laws are the formalized structure that determines the laws that every state enacts and that is backed by its authority. We can see that all tabous laws are enforced, but not all mores. Wearing a bikini to the church, for example, is a very provocative act but is not against the law.
4. Folkways: Folkways are often called customs and are simply conduct norms that are socially acceptable but are not morally appropriate or substantive. For example, burping into someone else's house loudly after eating dinner.
