In your 1-2 page double spaced paper identify the company and explain in your own words why you think this company rewards its employees effectively. What do you feel is the benefit to the employee, the company, and to its customers by offering these rewards?

My Company is Netflix which is very famous Online streaming company. Netflix is known for providing original content to its subscribers. Netflix is also known for good rewards and high performing employees working at its workplace.
Employee reward system at netflix is very effective because It involves how company is able to reward performance of its employees and motivate them to do best job further. In reward programs, Netflix first offers Employees Flexible work schedule in which employees are not forced to work in specific 9-5 jobs. Employees can also work from home in situations when they are unable to come to office. second, Employees gets health benefits like worth $15,000 administered by Cigna and Kaiser.All employees are 100% covered under dental coverage and vision coverage. Netflix also offers retirement plans under 401 (k) up to 3.5% to 4% of their eligible salary.
On top of this, Netflix reward employees with stock options to gift its company's stock for showing high performance.Company reward its employees by sending them on free trips to different vacations and foreign countries. There are other rewards and benefits as well like Salaried employees can get unlimited days off and Hourly full-time employees get 35 days a year.
I feel these benefits are very helpful for all company, employees and customers-
Employees- Employees are definitely get benefited from these rewards from financial and mental point of view. they get their future secure with retirement plans and earn high salary as compared to other companies. From mental point of view, when employees are rewarded for their performance then it increase thier morale and motivation. This inspire them to reach their full potential.
The company- When Employees are rewarded then other companies may consider it cost but it is like an investment for netflix. The employees are great asset of netflix so rewarding them means they are loyal to the company. This reduce employee turnover and increase job satisfaction. Image of netflix as employer increases and more people wanted to work in this company. The company with high performing employees able to done job and projects. we can see how netflix is able to produce and distribute so many shows and movies in a year just because of its employees.
Customers- Customers are end beneficiaries because they are able to get creative and original content. When employees are treated with rewards then they write and create new and unique content liked by customers. Customers support team also help customer to resolve thier issues related to subscription, technical errors and payment etc.
