with the following two half balanced reactions Sn4++2e- <--->Sn2+ Tl3++2e- <---> TI+
and with two Nernst equations for the cell voltage .The potential for the Ag | AgCl electrode is 0.197 V. E=0.139-0.05916/2 log (Sn2+/Sn4+)-0.197 E=0.77-0.05916/2 log (TI+/TI3+)-0.197
