Furthermore, if any disagreement arises, it is done respectfully and the experiment with new ideas are carried out without any arguments. The letters of Amazon CEO towards the stakeholder highlight even if the CEO knows that there will be disagreements, but he asks them to disagree and gamble on the same. Furthermore, even if the CEO shares his opinion, there is ample scope for the team to disagree and work on their own viewpoints.
