David had made dinner reservations at a nice Italian restaurant. When he first saw Kathy arrive at the restaurant, he instantly got nervous and his heart began to beat faster. David was really hungry but didn’t want to look like a pig, so he decided he would just have a salad. Because he hadn’t eaten anything that day David’s hunger got even worse, and even after eating his salad David’s stomach started growling. Kathy told him he should order something else to eat, and suggested they share an ice cream. When the dessert arrived at their table, both David and Kathy reached for a spoon.
