The main aim of an employer is to always get focus on its mission and vision of the restaurant and only then all the decisions and strategies are focused to achieve the goal.
He should not only aim for his goal but should also look for the welfare and objectives of his employees and staff.
His utmost responsibility should be to serve the customer right by providing best service, fair prices and being honest in the dealing.
Apart from this his should not forget social responsibility in the long run which means paying back to the society through charity, reservations of jobs or helping the society by providing free food to the needy ones.

PPE reefers to personal protective Equipment which is ensured to have safety of worker and protect them from all possible injuries and harms. For a restaurant PPE are- G
loves ( Dishwashers or Freezer ) ,
Oven mitts that prevent burns ,
Aprons which protects from grease, chemicals, oil and other stains,
Anti-slip shoes for better grip
Wet floor signs and slip resistant mats.
Caps on head and sometimes even masks on face

In case of a problem like violence, i would first of all remain calm and not loose my patience. rather than arguing i will try to calm down the parties involved in violence. may be I will take the help of others in reducing the tension and aggression at that moment. After the situation is under control , i will personally talk to both the parties and will take serious action regarding the same as violence is not to be tolerated in a workplace. Only by listening to the parties and the evidences, i will take balanced decision of either suspending, terminating or giving warning to the workers.
