it is definitely fair to say that tension management is also known as stress management which is quite often opted by the managers in an organization. Stress is really bad for anyone's mental and physical health and when in an organization the stress can affect the success and the positivity of the organization very badly. Managers in the organization opt for tension management or stress management to make sure that the employees feel less burdened and feel comfortable and peaceful in the working environment of the organization so that they can give their 100% and work effectively and efficiently.
