A sales management audit is defined as the systematic process which is comprehensive, periodic, analysis, evaluation and an interpretation of the business standards objectives, environment, strategies and the principles to determine the threats and the opportunities which would help the organisation to recommend and help building up an action or a plan to increase the sales performance of the organisation. All of these processes are continueously monitored and practiced to achieve a high degree of accomplishment for the goals and targets of the sales performance of the firm.
