Does our language convey our thoughts?
Answer. Language is basically used to express our emotions and thoughts . It helps us communicate with each other effectively. Every language has its own rules and regulations . Language can compel the capacity to pass on one's thought to somebody or something outside of oneself, yet presumably not thought itself. Language Determined by Thought, Thought came well before language which implies that language is dictated by thought. Each culture expected to consider language with a specific end goal to pass on thoughts. Notwithstanding, thoughts have dependably existed as long as people have been meandering the Earth. There's no motivation to imagine that language really decides thought today. Albert Einstein had thoughts about ideas for which language still couldn't seem to deliver a vocabulary. Those thoughts were detained inside him until the point that language was created (mathematical language) that could pass on the thoughts to others. Vincent Van Goth's thoughts seeing the world as he encountered it, his and his alone, required the visual language of his depiction to be imparted to others.
To convey thoughts it is not necessary that we should understand or be able to speak a particular language . Thoughts can be conveyed via painting , dance , music , art , theatre etc.
The whole idea is to communicate thoughts to the other person or the world so language is not a barrier in this case at all.
But yes definitely , language is a means to convey our thoughts effectively and efficiently to others. If our language is well developed and efficient enough we will be able to articulate our thoughts easily and effectively to others.
