It will help him to adapt quickly and function properly in a team.
Part 2: This is true. Aprropriate dressing is very important for an interview. A properly dressed man appears to be organised in his life and professional. It sends a good first impression and you feel confident all the time. The best and the most conservative way of dressing for an Intervies is to pair suit with a bright colored shirt and a matching tie or scarf along with polished shoes.
