Answer:

Part 1: The statement is true. A candidate should be prepared for ethical questions during the interview. Every organisation has its own ethical culture that is very important for that organistaion to grow and prosper. A candidate should not only be ready to answer ethical questions during the interview, but also he should respect and abide by the ethical standards of the institution, when selected. It will help him to adapt quickly and function properly in a team.

Part 2: This is true. Aprropriate dressing is very important for an interview. A properly dressed man appears to be organised in his life and professional. It sends a good first impression and you feel confident all the time. The best and the most conservative way of dressing for an Intervies is to pair suit with a bright colored shirt and a matching tie or scarf along with polished shoes.

Part 3: Honesty and integrity is the most important aspects of a charactor. Honesty towards himself and integrity of his soul keep him on the right track. An organisation needs people who can stand up accept their deeds and actions, by doing this, they will not only inspire others but will help the organisation also. Whereas, a liar can severely damage the values of the organisation. That is the reason, a lie would be a problem with getting hired or declined.
