I am highly interested in the recruitment and training of person in an organisation.

It is because it seems a very dynamic aspect which frequently changes to adapt to match the demand. It's very interesting gGto know on what parameters an employee is adjudged and how these parameters are decided.

I would like to know more about how job analysis is done actially, that help in formulating the question that an expert is expected to answer to become an employee.

Since he is going to hire it first time , it would be crucial to do a detailed job analysis. It will help in clarifying the requirements and expertise of an ideal employee.

After job analysis , question must be framed in such a way that it measures the required trait. This job must be done by expert in organisational psychology.

Interview must be conducted in atleast three round , one being hr and other two technical. This provide a window to judge more accurately.
