They even specify some parameters such as- availability of the service (uptime), latency or the response time, service components reliability, each party accountability, warranties. And usually there are different kinds of services like infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, software as a service. These cost are usually based on the usage model. They usually charge pay-as-per-use resources at a premium and deploy standards for their purpose. Time or duration are calculated in some intervals of minutes in a 30-day monthly cycle. And they have to maintain healthy relationship with each other. One of the responsibilities is to be available, services are usually broken down after a specific duration of time, then they must include unexpected downtime and terms in case of emergencies. They must also provided policies for the data ownership, they should also specify all the hardware requirements and software requirements. And policies regarding backing up of data and the instructions about customer responsibilities as well.
