External Environment:
The external environment is said to be the outside factors and forces which would influence the business operation of the organization. It is divided into macro and micro environment. In the micro environment, the main factors to be considered are the market, suppliers, customers etc directly impact on the business operations. The macro environment consist on the politics, economic etc which would affect the business growth and development.
The following explains on managing the external environment for modern corrections:
Political: The political globalization differs from one country to another as where the rules and regulation will not be same for all the countries. The political globalization can be measured through cooperation that each country provided to make the organization globalized by setting policies. The set policies could avoid any issues that might affect the company to be globalized. So politics needs to be managed towards modern correction of external environment.
Social: The social globalization which means the information that could be shared with each country related to business. The technological development of the business can measure the social globalization. The culture, the social media, internet etc can make the company to understand the social activities of each country and that can help to measure the company to be globalized.
Economic: In the economic globalization it can be measured through the growth of the finance of each country as that could help the company to be globalized. It creates opportunity for the companies to sell their product globally in the market through determining the country’s economic status. It can also be measured through the trade and the resources as that influence the company to be globalized.
