Abstract: Human Resource is managed by the dean of H.R.and he or she keeps in tact of employees and their activities .He looks into any problem that arise and provides with solutions.He makes recommendations to the management .
Body: Organization and assessment of human resource is framed by design of organization.there are various portfolios given in an organization.One such can be dean of Human resource.Here we can access the role of dean of human resource ,where he acts like a bridge between the management and employee.For example,if there is a problem related to the salary structure of employees then the dean of H.R.. can take interest on the same,analyses the situation and he can provide with certain solution to the problem and keep in tact all the employees.Human Resource Management is a practice which is followed in an organization for the purpose of change.Change in any sector is welcome because change helps to venture new things and even it provides revenue source to an organization.
Recommendations:
1. Methods to empower the H.R..
2. Provide with incentive to employees for extra work
3. Provide with new structure or changes to the existing system of H.R..which can fetch profit.
Conclusion: H.R..is acting as a change maker with its inbuilt objectives or aim in providing desired goal and profit maximization of an organization.H.R..M. is not cup of everyone because it has many issues as it is dealt with human resource.Therefore to conclude organizational assessment with human resource will pave new way for change in an organization.
