While seeking for employment I may/ will choose * the place which is nearer to my home

* spot where I can get good salary

* the company which give me better options

* the place where I can get almost everything that I will be in need

* I may be choosing the job with proper working hours and time

The things which can be negotiated are

* working hours flexibility

* continuation of studies

* additional vacation

* bonus

* conference attendance at organization expense

* mal practice insurance

* sick leave. etc.

Non negotiable things are - issues related

*your responsibilitiesand knowledge

* Respect

* punctuality
