Its is more easy to make individuals critical thinkers. When children are born both nature and nurture affect their development process. Nature and nurture affects the individuals thinking capabilities which further affects the decision making capabilities. For example when a child is born he or she cannot understand what is right and what is wrong . The critical thinking skills are bsend in the child at that point. With time with life experiences and observations the critical thinking skills are involved in the child .To develop a critical thinking approach we can induce environments which promote critical thinking . As the individuals observe what is happening around him or her he develops an observational perspective .This can be explained through Albert Bandura's observational learning theory . When we observe the attitudes and communication behaviors of the individuals we can develop an approach to mould it in a critical thinking way . For example a teen who is very straightforward and does not show any critical thinking trains can be provided with tasks which require both critical thinking skills . This will help the individuals to develop a critical thinking attitude and perspective .Similarly the behavior patterns can be changed by introducing the individual to a cortical and rational thinking environment . This cannot be done at the time when individuals are born .At that time individuals do not posses any kind of critical thinking ability .
