As an HR Manager, If I am supposed to conduct a new hire on-boarding meeting with a group of trainers from various departments such as IT, safety, clinical, and all parties involved how would a plan look like. I would need talking points that are encouraging and give everyone the opportunity to share their feedback, concerns, and insight to help improve the process. Where to start, how to thank everyone, and how to discuss questions.
I want to include collaboration, communication and other terms in the talking points.
