If we consider a research which explore the effects of interventions on a particular health problem then the steps will be e as follows-

Steps in a statistical research include the following-

Formation of a research problem- Research problem refers to any given particular issue that needs to be explored and researched because the findings will help in dealing with a real life issue.

Formation of hypothesis- Hypothesis is a tentative statement that is generated by the researcher which predicts the probability of the outcome of the research before the starting of the research, this helps in comparing the later findings with hypothesized outcomes.

Data collection- data is collected to to associate with the independent and dependent variables in the forms of questionnaire, survey, interview etc

Data analysis- Data is analyzed using statistical tools such as parametric and nonparametric tests which help us compare and contrast the results.

Results and conclusions- with the help of the results received by the research we can see whether there is any significance of the findings to see the effect of interventions on a particular health problem.
