It is the sole responsibility of the organisation to perform excellent in every platform it enters: economically, socially, legally and ethically. It is the duty of the organisation to develop such mission and vision statement to pass and communicate such ideas of continuity where the ethical code of conduct is maintained and the society is also benefitted. To understand more about this factor, I'll take the example of Amazon.

1. Responsibiltiy towards the employees: Amazon in its mission and vision statement mentioned about to achieve the customer's satisfaction at large with effective and efficient utilisation of the resources to achieve sustainability. It is the ethical responsibility of the organisation to take care of all the workplace ethics for the employee. Amazon is highly diversified all around the world, thus it understands the meaning of diversity and inclusion at large. By maintaining a diversified workforce, the importance of ethics, values, cultures and moral norms are being understood and being communicated to make the employees feel safe and satisfied in their working area.

2. Responsibilities towards the society: The next responsibility is towards the society. As we can see even in this covid-19 situation, Amazon is not sittle idle. Amazon and its employees are coming together anyhow wearings masks to make the delivery of essential goods possible to the customera at their doorsteps with full precaution. What more they would get by doing all this and taking risks? The answer is goodwill. The societal responsibility is the moral obligation and the duty of the organisation to be performed because it survives in the society and uses its resources. Thus, it has to serve the society anyhow to help people live a better life which Amazon does.

3. Responsibilities towards the government: At last, the responsibility towards government and laws. To work ethically and achieve sustainability at all costs, it is essential for the organisation to have a legal and conceptual working. All the activities performed in the organisation should be legally binding, it shouldn't exploit any laws and also should work according to the country's own ethical framework and standards. Amazon being a global business understand this thing and thus, provides an ethical framework where people could work together in a lawful manner in every individual country .
