Have you ever thought of an idea for a business, if you didn't pusue it, why not? If you did why? What do you believe is the primary reason (s) (other tan finances/money) why people don't become entrepreneurs if they know they have a good business idea?

Yes, I have thought of an business idea, since day 1 of my M.B.A course.

Reason for not pursuing it: I had a passion to start the business, but i couldn't pursue yet because of many reasons. First and foremost reason is fear of losses due to lack of experience and still trying to motivate myselves that I can pursue it with dedication and hardwork, if I had a good business plan done with careful research.

Primary reasons for not becoming entreprenuers:

The primary reasons for people not to start business other than finances and money, though they had good business idea are:

Entreprenuer journey is a roller coaster ride and future is always unpredictable.
Being comfortable in their present jobs and couldn't come out of their comfort zone.
Risk aversion nature which forces them not to take risks to pursue their dream because the success or failure in the business is always unpredictable
Lacking courage to think out of box to implement innovatives strategies to start the business
