Due to the implementation of IR 4.0, the opening of new educational resources which are globally connected and giving new learning a new edge has been enhanced. The potential knowledge and exploitation of the digital technology, the education system has also changed itself and reframed itself to meet the changes that are happening to make the learning and education revolutionized for everyone for us.
The expected role that we can see for the education 4.0 are as follows:
1. More Flexible: The education paradigm can be seen being more flexible with the changing dynamics of the market forces. Now, the education is not only centered in the institutes or schools, it is spread everywhere. One can learn anytime, at office, while at home, while working in the business anytime anywhere just a click away.
2. Innovation: The education has now become innovative to meet the demands of the customer of the market. The teachings requiring more extensive use of videos, graphics, and personalised content and design have made such a great contribution and will continue doing to make customers interact and learn in such a manner where one cannot let go of the learning. It is effectively customer designed and centered to meet the needs of the customer at large.
3. Effectivity and Efficiency: At last, the new education depending on the technology is expected to be more effective and efficient. Removing the barriers of any possible hinderances or obstacles, the effectivity and the speed of providing and getting the knowledge has been increased at an expotential rate. The cost for getting the learning has also decreased as the content is possibly available everywhere using the technology based learning at an affordable prices to make learning a better experience for everyone.
