The term "Phenotype" refers to:
The combination of alleles that an organism has for a given gene.
Another word for a musical device that plays vinyl records.
An odor or scent that affects how organisms behave toward one another.
The trait that is expressed as a result of a combination of alleles.
It's the trait that is expressed as a result of combination of alleles.
Phenotype is a trait expressed by allele. Alleles are variant form of genes. If two genes comes in combination they form allele. An allele can control a particular character. That is like height either tall or short. The dominant T gene and recessive t gene comes in combination to firm allele. They can determine whether the character is tall or short. Tt and TT shows the tall phenotype and tt show short phenotype
The combination of allele that an organism has for gene is genotype. Like TT is a genotype. Tt, tt are another genotypes.
