Businesses should have a balance between the needs of the stakeholders and their aim of making profits.Under this one cannot be compromised for another. An entrepreneur is an individual who creates a new business, by undertaking risks and enjoying its outcome either its profit or loss. An entrepreneur is an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business/or procedures. They normally thinks out of the box and brings idea of making fortune. Entrepreneurship is an ability or the readiness to develop, organise and run a business enterprise along with any of its uncertainties in order to make a profit. New innovations are brought up by entrepreneurs.
