The major between two appraoches is Psychology is understanding of human mind and deal with human behaiour but Law is understanding judicial system.Law are created , changes with through passes of time. Because the value of society today is acepted, may not be acceptable in future.For example , society was not concerned before while marriage women was forced for having intimate activity but today society has made law for protecting women.

But psychology approach is more dependent on objectively measurable data that has replicablity and reliablity is only to show true.

Psychologist would not considered the use of psychic to be reliable or replicable but lawyer or judge often rely on their life experience or subjective opinion.

Contrast: The major aporoach of psychology is legal psychology is based on cognitive and social principle and apply them to issue in legal system such as decision making, investigation , eyewitness memory and interviewing . A lawyer also needs to understand the criminal behaiour and mind to deal with him.while Psychology is deal with understanding human behaiour then legal Psychology is regulate it.

Judicial system or law system is more open to change .every society has certain values . Laws, regulations , and rules are developed on the basis of these values . But these values are not permanent . It's dynamic . Whatever fact is true today , may not be true tomorrow.besides , law is more subjective and result of human experience which are constantly dynamic . But psychology is totally based on secientific observation and empirical basis . So the system of Law is more open to change.
