Global health has to play a significant role in addressing the pandemic (COVID-19). This pandemic has to be addressed globally because more than 100 countries of the world has been affected by this disease till now and the outbreak is still continuing to spread all over the world.

Global health is one of the important primary factors in addressing this pandemic. COVID-19 is a matter of serious concern because it is threat to global health. It is not limited to few countries, therefore all countries of the world should make collective and collaborative efforts in controlling the spread of COVID-19. Global health is significant in addressing this pandemic because people of all countries of the world with weak immunity and underlying cardiovascular, renal, or respiratory diseases appear to face a greater risk of complications.

It is crucial that different governments, public health agencies, hospitals, healthcare systems, and worldwide organizations should focus on the global health in implementing actions to deal with COVID-19 because all are working towards same goal of controlling its spread, identification and care of people affected with this disease, developing treatments and a successful vaccine, and thus ultimately stopping COVID-19 globally.
