Change:

Organization change is basically seen as a change in the structure or process in a company that has a positive outlook and result of the company.

The following are the 7 R's that can support organizational change, provided with examples:

  1. Raise for Change: One important factor to raise change is that the employees should be well aware of why these changes are taking place in the organization Eg: Confirm and discuss towards the change and ensure all the people involved would accept the same.
  2. Reason for Change: The organization should capture the market through changing their technology aspect where they could satisfy their customer when there is change in the service they provide and that impact on the financial aspects. Eg: Increase competition in the market towards change to beat their competitors.
  3. Return expected in Change: The organization and employees would have a fear of failure so that it is important to understand on the return expected out of the change as whether it would be on positive or negative side. Eg: Calculate the benefits on the profit that occurs due to change.
  4. Risks involved in Change: Change focus towards building high quality for the management as that reduce the risks. Eg: To retain the customers and to avoid market risk the company should provide high quality product and deliver to their customers.
  5. Resources required for Change: Building a strong business keys regarding the resources for change and explain how it impacts the employees in the organization on commitment on change can be built. Eg: Plan on placing the right person in the right role, cost, materials etc should be considered.
  6. Responsible for Change: Building the change module drivers which should be easily understood by the employees can build commitment to change and the employees would know their responsibilities towards change. Eg: Defined the work roles and responsibilities for the employees in the organization.
  7. Relationship between Changes: Presenting visualized effects regarding the relationship between changes to improve the business strategy and how it would grow the organization Eg: Identify and examine on the potential changes and its uses through the past and the present data.
