To make the patient to understand the nurse should avoid using the medical terminologies.At first the patient should know what is an ulcer.
ULCER
It is a defect of gastric or duodenal mucosa.Here mucosa is a secreaion of mucus membrane which protect the organ from the internal injuries.
These ulcers are mainly arised by the presence of acid gasterc content.
