- Creation of a need- Potentials customers need to
realise why they need the app in the first place. They can as an
example ask that whether there is an app which does the same things
already.
- Visual Expression- Instead of just explaining
about the app, a demo can be provided to the customer.
- Foot in the door- Before asking the customer to
pay upfront, the app can be provided for free with restricted
access to exclusive features, once the app is installed it

time.
- Utilization of reciprocity- If a customer is
