Any employee in an company, for example, will gain much more motivation than its employee during an appraisal process. This creates more friction amongst members and ultimately a detrimental effect in due course on the team and people.
As in the report, managers must guarantee encouragement for their employees. They will cause the members distress. The boss will always try to stop such a confrontation to keep the team members motivated.

The administrators of any company have the main task of managing disputes. When dispute is not addressed and resolved in due time, the projects will usually fail and the team will be disbanded. This, in effect, results in the team members 'low motivation. If the dispute is managed correctly, then creativity among team members will occur and the team as a whole will develop. There are various ways to deal with the same, from mediation to conflict resolution.
