Use the allowable stresses for Douglas Fir from Table 13-8 and 7 day load duration. Assume that studs are continuous over 3 or more spans. Limit deflection to l/360 of span length. Based on the maximum allowable span, check for crushing of studs on double 2x4 wales. Conditions are dry.
