Yes.! EAP (employee assistance program) and EWP (employee wellness program) are good investment to a company.

Because, most of the organizations relay on man power to accomplish the specific tasks within the organization. Hence employee's are considered as one of the important resources in an organization. Therefore it is responsible of a company to take care of employee wellness and assistance during the the working time.

Employee wellness programm in company provide health benefits in the form of health insurance to the employee and their families. Thereby ensure the employee health condition and wellness. Similarly, Employee assistance program helps the employee in solving personal and work related problems, gives assistance/guidance for any work related activities. Provide training and development thereby enhaces the skills of the employees.

Therefore, providing employee health benefits and assistance/guidance to employees enhances the motivation in the employees, ensure the company ethics and morale, eventually enhances the company productivity and efficiency. Hence EWP and EAP are considerd as good investment to a company.
