1) Natural Law : Based on that all the persons have inalienable natural rights.
2) Historical Perspective : Law is based on social governing human & custom rules over the time.
3) Irrational Forces Perspective : Law may be based on the result of societal reactions to unique events and there is no reason for that.
4) Legal Realism : Law may never be enforced uniformly due to different personal.
5) Sociological : Law for everyone and for justice.
6) Command : Law is not influenced by someone and is un commandable
7) Critical Legal Studies : This concept is different than command. This is based on some law may favour a particular class of person.
8) Law and Economics : Law is a practive of economic flow.
