The customer service is a key to the business success and this service in every company is required to boost the sale and then provide the after sale service to the customers and the sales person on the time of selling the product to the client the salesperson must address the features of the product and as well as to ensure the client for the better services after the sale of the product and also provide the information of the warranty or guarantee of the product, all the information is necessary to share with the client because every company wants to sell more and when the company provides the better services to their clients the more clients attract to their product and also get attracted with their after sale services.
In todays scenario the customer service is not much good and every company wants to sell more and more but are less concerned about the after sale service to the clients or customers. For example a buyer bought a car worth $ 5000 and a car company at the time of selling car give many offers for the sake of selling but after the car is purchased by the buyer then the seller does not bother much to provide the services to their customers regarding the servicing of the car after run of 1000 kilometers and if they provide then they will charge more money from their customers and do not provide the free services to the car owner. It must be mandatory for all the sellers or the company to provide their best services after the sale because if they will not prodive the good services to the customer then the sale will decrease automatically and which is not good for the country's economy.
