Q#18. Construct measures of annual income at two levels of measurement.
Two levels of measurement for annual income are as follows:
1. Nominal Variables:
Nominal variavles are those variables that shows different kinds of people. Such variables dustinguishes men from women.
Political party distingishes democrats from rebulicans and from other parties.
Nominal variables name the different attributes contributing them.
2. Ordinal Variables:
Many social scientific variables is far more further than nominal variables. Ordinal variables arranges those attributes in some order i.e. from high to low, from more to less, and so on.
Ordinal variables share the nominal variable quality of dustinguishing differences among people and they add the quality of rank ordering those differences.
